The upper floor is accessed by an internal staircase of approximately 15 steps and contains the two bedrooms, both with a double bed with two single mattresses. Both bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning systems. On the upper floor is also the recently renovated second shower room. As if that weren't enough, there is a large communal pool with well-kept lawns and palm trees. There is also a parking space at your disposal, right next to the entrance door.
Location
Very good and quiet location in Els Poblets, just 900 meters from the beach and about 500 meters from the town center, where you will find a German supermarket, German bakeries, and a German kiosk. Alicante and Valencia airports are easily accessible by motorway in one hour.

Upon request, one bed linen and two towels per person are provided for €20. A rental deposit of €200 is also required, in cash or on credit card. A longer stay during the winter (October 1-April 30) is possible in this townhouse. Starting from 2 months' rent, it can be rented at a winter rental price of €950/month plus service charges based on actual consumption + 1 month's rental deposit. Under the updated tourist rental regulations of August 2024, the rental of this property is only possible with a minimum stay of 11 nights.
